Corporate Governance

CREALOGIX is organised in accordance with Swiss law. Corporate governance signifies the responsible leadership and supervision of an enterprise and its agents. The stipulations on corporate governance are defined in the “Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance” by Economiesuisse of 25 March 2002. The board of directors monitors compliance with these stipulations regularly in the light of current developments. Among the conflicting demands of shareholder expectations, providers of capital, employees, customers, business partners and the general public, CREALOGIX constantly strives to maintain proper balance. High transparency contributes to strengthen trust in the enterprise and its leadership. Responsible corporate governance demands transparency regarding leadership and supervision at the highest company level.

The “Directive on Information Relating to Corporate Governance” of the SIX Swiss Exchange issued on 1 July 2002 and revised 29 March 2006 urges issuers to make key information on corporate governance accessible to investors.
